Clearview Lending Service DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY... YOU WILL LOSE IT LIKE I DID Orlando Florida

I was contacted by Clearview Lending Service on or about the 21st of October about a loan that I had applied for. Rachel Madison told me that I was approved for a $5000 loan however due to my poor credit I was required to put down 7 montly payments totaling the amount of $847. I was faxed a contract to sign and retun. I looked over the contract and it seemed legit.

I signed it and faxed it back to the company. I was then told to send the money via money gram to a Natalie Timmons in New Brunswick, Canada. I was told that it was for a private lender. After I sent the money, I was told that I would have the $5000 in my account by 5pm the next day. The next day I recieved a phone call from Glenn Russell who told me that due to the amount of the loan I would need to put down an additional 7 payments in the amount of $847.

I did not have the money so I requested a refund. Glenn told me that the money I sent ($847) plus $200 for my troubles, I would recieve the money direct deposited into my account on NOV 19th, which he claimed was the private lenders monthly billing date. On Nov 19th at 3pm the money was still not there, and I called and talked to Glenn Russell again, and he told me that I would have to wait until after 5pm before I could find out what was going on.

I tried to call back after 5pm and I could not get ahold of anyone. I then tried to call Rachel Madison and I spoke with her, and she was unaware that the loan did not go through, and she told me she would look into the situation and give me a call back. She never returned my call. On Nov 20th I called and after about 50 attempts to speak to someone, I finally got ahold of Glenn Russell again, and he said that he would have to look into my file, as to why the money was not there yet, and he would call me back. I have never heard anything back, and everytime I have tried to call since, no one will answer the phone, and now it just hangs up on you.
