Was contacted by Simon Riley using a masked phone number from my same area code. Left a message stating there was a case number attached to "consult his office for a consultation to receive mediation support services" and that the timeframe to submit a statement in response to the complaint on my behalf was 72 business hours. When I called back, I was informed of a debt I had known nothing about and that they would settle it for $2500. I said I'd have to research to find out if it was even mine and said that I was really busy as my mother had just passed away and trying to handle logistics of that. He didn't like that answer and when I told him I was ending the conversation, said in a very vindictive way "good luck to you." I recently had a major emergency and had to obtain a loan. He flagged me as having perpretated loan fraud and I have been unable to get desperately needed funds. This is predatory and disgusting and will be continued to be reported to consumer affairs agencies in ALL states. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK. THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE EVEN IF YOU DON'T OWE A DIME.
