CleverClad Took my money Internet

I ordered the "Top Rated Vintage Charm Stone Bridal Ring". First thing I noticed was that once my order was put in, there was a thank you screen, but, there was not an order confirmation number or anything. I have continued to check my emails, junk mail and spam folders and there has not been work one from them. I have gone to the web site and sent in numerous complaints and questions about my order. I finally made a report with the BBB, they tried to contact the company on my behalf, also with the same results. No response. Clever Clad deducted the money from my account almost immediately. I have also left several messages on the Facebook page and I get flagged as spam evertyime. Don't order from them.
