I purchased computer repair service through a company online called Click4support. They told me they were going to make my internet faster like brand new.

My computer is not faster it takes 37 to 48 seconds to load a bing webpage. They did however do work on my computer to improve the software and supposed ly delete malware files.

A friend helped me get a large part refund of $ 399 of the original $598 for 3 years. The remaining $199 they refuse to allow me to have a partial refund of any of the $199. It is two days later.

My friend told me that there is a three day refund on items in California where I live except vehicles. I believe in addition to being sold a bill of goods that the company Click4support did not keep their agreement verbally and in writing online to me since my computer seek rate is 37 to 48 seconds.

Please be advised to not do business with Click4support . net unless you don't mind having no rights to a refund of a one time service charge of $ 199.00 and no complete assurance that your request will be fullfilled such as in my case.

I found out I had 319 malware and viruses on my computer. After I paid $ 39.95 more than the $239 plus $199 with click 4 support. I paid $ 39.95 for stop zilla antivirus and it helped me remove the malware files and when I restarted my computer it removed an addition 17 more malware files a total of 336 malware files. I believe click 4 support let me to a gateway virus remote site called ammyy admin which is a malware virus to download more virues to a computer such as mine. I still have  a malware website attempting to get  my information from somewhere in europe.

I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of. So far my running processes went from 90 down to 81 processes still which are way too many. I like very much stop zilla antivirus and it has helped me so far tremendously. Please stay away from pcsupportsquad they do not fix your computer properly and stay way from click4support I beleive that is how I got the ammyy admin virus remote software gateway. They will not give you a full refund. pcsupportsquad will ignore you when you ask for a refund.

I hope no one else will become a financial and malware victim. Have happy and safe holidays.
