I used my PayPal account to purchase software from http://www.articlerewriteworker.com/ and it was processed through click bank. 917 Lusk St / Suite 200 / Boise ID 83706.

The purchase processed and I was given a link to get my download. The link does not work and so I filled a support ticket and got a response of "You should receive an email response to tech support requests within 2 business days." I asked for a refund and got the same answer. I contacted PayPal, who filed a dispute on my behalf. I will contact my bank and do a chargeback.

Stay away from clickbank and http://www.articlerewriteworker.com/! If it is a technical malfunction then they need to find competent IT techs.

I do not tolerate companies that do business like the above mentioned companies.

Today I found a number to click bank: Direct: 1-208-345-4245

I called the number and actually got a live person who quickly found my order and sent in the necessary documentation to PayPal to refund the charges. They also verified the link used was a dead link and that is why I was not able to receive my key code of the product from the seller.

Clickbank does give the seller a chance to fix the technical issue, but if it not fixed they remove them from their list of sellers. You have to be diligent and keep digging for contact information to find these companies to chase down your requested refund.

I do give clickbank credit for resolving the issue. They state my money should be returned to my PayPal account within 48 hours and that is acceptable to me. Do beware of the above listed software company.
