I ordered Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Complete Series Box Set. This item is not available on any other site I checked out and the price was really reasonable ($119.90). That should have been my first clue!

When I filled out the information and sent it, I realized I neglected to fill out last part of the shipping address. I sent them an e-mail letting them know about the mistake and gave them the complete shipping address. The next day I saw on my online bank statement that they already deducted the money from my account. I checked my e-mail messages and saw they had not yet replied.

I sent another e-mail with the same message and still no reply. The third day, I was really getting concerned, and sent a third message. This time, not only did I include the same message and shipping information, but a message stating that this was my third attempt to reach them and that "I will be forced to cancel my order if I do not get a reply".

That same day, I received a message stating my "order is successful" it did not mention that they received my message, nor my complete address. I again sent them the complete shipping address and asked them to confirm they had received it.

A day or two later, I got an e-mail stating again that my "order is successful" and also showed my complete shipping address. I was relieved. A few days later there was another message stating that my order has been processed and shipped, again showing the complete shipping address and a USPS tracking number. That all checked out when I went on USPS site and saw the package was on its way.

A few more days pass and I get an e-mail stating that they were canceling my order "as per my request" and they included at the bottom of the e-mail the message I sent them a week ago that stated I would be forced to cancel my order if i do not get a reply confirming they had received the complete shipping address(?)

I sent them another e-mail telling them that I never cancelled the order and that since they chose to, they really need to refund my account (as I noticed they disregarded that little detail on my bank account)! To date, I have yet to receive a reply and I have sent them numerous requests.

It is amazing that this company is quick to take the money out of my account and slow to respond to their customer service e-mails!

The obvious bottom line, please do not order from this company. In my opinion, they are either complete idiots or sleazy scam artists (or both)!
