Click DVD House Product Was Worthless , Internet

I ordered the complete boxed set of "Northern Exposure" from this company and was charged $124.90.  The product was useless, over 3/4 of the discs did not work properly.

I emailed them and was told on 5/13/2011 that they would refund my money.  I have yet to see it.  At first they kep communicating with me through email; because there is no other contact information for this company.

Now that I have told them I have reported them to the FTC and the United Stated Internet Crime website (ic3.gov); they do not answer my emails at all.  It is now 06/17/2011 and the money has not been put back into my bank.

If there is any professional out there who can help me get my money back from this scam, please help me.  I need that money back...especially since the product is useless.

Please do not use this website.  I too had been communicating with a "Tracy Wallace".  Now I don't hear a thing from them and no money either.
