CLICK INCOME GOT $4995.00 FROM US AND WOULD NOT RETURN IT EVEN THOUGH WE DID ALL THEY ASKED SANDY UTAH

ON may 15,2008,we attended a seminar in charleston s.c. to get more information on how to sell on e-bay,inc.
we are 74 years old and my husband is 76 and we were assured that if we returned all of the merchandise that was given to us that day our $ 4,995.00 would be returned.on may 19th,i called them and got permission by letter to return the case with the cds and the instruction books.

we sent everything to them on june 6th as they requested.they signed and received everything on june 9,2008.

we then called to check on our refund.we talked to erin who ios in the billing department and she said,we would get our refund in 30 business days from the day they received the kit.

this would be due according to all the dates on july 21st,2008.i have called many times and we only get voice mails.Erin said that a person named J.D. was the person responsible to give us our refund.we never talked to him and he would not return our calls after at least 10 times leaving voice mail.

on august 11th,2008,we have contacted an attorney in charleston,sc to help us to handle this.we charged the $4,995.00 to our american express card and each month since the charge was made we have been paying interest on this money.

we are not wealthy people and live on fixed income and this has really been hurting us terriblely.

this company is really a rip off all the way around.
