bought two programs, one for us and one for daughter. promised one on one training, but training consisted of asking very specific and personal financial questions. when we refused to give this information without knowing why, they got angry and hung up. i complained to the corporate office and got a phone call apologizing. they offered us 6 months free hosting on each program and one on one training as we had been promised. they said to email when ready to start. I did, the email was opened the same day, and that was the last we heard from them. although they promised not to charge for hosting, they did, and sent my daughter to collections. we never received another thing from them, but were billed by aria financial until i insisted on cancelling in april of this year. they raised their monthly fees without notification, insisted there were outstanding late fees and a $75 fee for cancelling. i have refused to pay for these, but not until they caused an overdraft on my account by trying to withdraw more than they said they would.

we thought this would be an opportunity to build a business for our selves, and for our single parent daughter. instead we are out a lot of money.

we would like a refund of all fees paid to these companies. the attorney general of colorado has issued a warning against doing business with this company within the past year.
