This company had my credit card details attached to someone elses account, they requested documents sent in to prove the card was mine, all well and good, two weeks later they send an email saying I sent the wrong documents and they want a copy of my card, not going to happen.
Two weeks to contact me and tell me this was going on, and they never requested that information in the first place, just a copy of a bank statement, which doesn't show the card number in this country, don't know about others.
I call them to complain and get hung up on twice by Indian consultants and told to submit a complaint online as they have no manager that can take one or talk to you. They rather look for a reason to hang up on you then try actually help or fix the problem.
Note to anyone that has to deal with them, it's easier to just cancel your card.
