Several months ago I sent via internet to ClickBank an authorization to purchase for $97 a product on investing from Doubling Stocks. I received a website from Doubling Stocks to use. At first all was perfevt and I was pleased. Then, unknown to me they changed their product and I was unable to use their services. They said they were having problems but that it would be resolved shortly.

After 2 weeks of waiting I wrote for a refund. I gave them all the details one would normally give under their guarantee and they replied that unless I could give them my actual ClickBank info they were unable to respond. Since I had not kept the original confirmation from ClickBank I told Doubling Stocks everything they needed to find me in their data banks to comply with finding that I indeed pay for their product. They again refused saying I needed the ClickBank info.

I contacted ClickBank and they responded with the info I needed and I forwarded it on to Doubling Stocks. I have waited many weeks for a response and have written them at least 5 times for them to comply with no satisfaction.

Here was their July reply to me:

Hi,

There should be an email from clickbank that you have purchase the service, that is the proof of purchase that we are looking for. We will process the refund immediately as soon as you forward it to us. Thanks

Best Regards,
David
