I was on the internet and came across the mp3-music site
the offer was a one time fee of $24.95 for all of the free downloading of music/dvd/games that you wanted and you could download that day as soon as you paid, they gave you a so called username & password that never worked.
Then I emailed the support site that was given to me (www.support@mp3downloadcity.com)never got a response, emailed clickbank.com never got a response as a first time computer owner my trust in the adds that come across the screen will never draw me in again. That is not fair to the honest adds that pop up, but that's the way it goes, one rotten apple spoils the whole bunch and that's a shame for the good companys.

#3 Consumer Suggestion
get yourself a pop up blocker

you should be suspect of most pop up ads, there is usually some kind of catch, or its just a plain ripoff.
get yourself a popup blocker, you can get one for free. Do not get a popup blocker from a pop up ad, these almost always contain spyware.
Pop up subtract is effective, also check your browser options, firefox for instance has a built in popup blocker.
hope this helps.

Don't feel bad, Josette!!!

Josette, don't feel bad!!! Good companies know pop-ups are considered worthless, and online spam, so if a company is using that method of 'advertising', they'd do well to fire the person who promotes that method, and do away with it.
Learning about the scams is unpleasant, but at least you are learning for a ''small'' price. I don't consider even a penny spent on a scam to be a low price, but read through this website, and see the victims of huge amounts of money, and it may soothe the burn a bit for you.
Plus!!! YOU FOUND THIS WEBSITE!!!! New user, and you found Ripoff Reports. You are so lucky!! Keep it bookmarked and USE IT. Even if you're just reading reports, you will learn SO MUCH about the TRULY never-ending scams facing consumers.
I am in no way associated with this website, except a devoted fan, and MUST mention they do accept donations to keep the website up and running FOR FREE, no less. This is THE PREMIER CONSUMER SCAM WEBSITE, I assure you. I am an avid seeker of consumer scam info, I've been online since 1999, and there is NO BETTER WEBSITE than Ripoff Reports.
By the way, I love your name!! Josette was a featured character on the first supernatural soap opera Dark Shadows when I was little, and still a devoted fan of that, too lololol. Beautiful woman she still is!!!
Good luck learning your way around, Josette, and may this be the last report you ever file!

Napster has nothing to do with this Clickbank or mp3downloadcity.com, no affiliation whatsoever, not the same service, not a scam. Why would you mention them in the title?
