I signed up to make money by selling products using clickbank. I sold a few products and earned about $45 in commissions but never recieved a payment from them and it's been 2 years now. They require that you earn a minumum dollar amount before they will send you commission. What a rip off. What would it hurt to pay me my $45 dollar commission? Even though it is a small amount I still did the marketing to sell the product. They have their money from the sold product shouldn't I get paid too?
Just think of how many people have sold products through clickbank and have never been paid their commissions. I have $45 sitting with them that I can't collect. Yes, I know it is not much but it's the point. Just think if one hundred other people are in the same boat as me. Thats $2000 dollars (rounded down) that clickbank keeps for themselves. Complete rip off.

Thanks for your responce.
If I remember right when I signed up, the threshold was approx $200. Even if this is stated in the contract doesn't make it right. If anyone earns $.99, $15 or $45... then we should get the commission for what we earned. Why would this be int the contract anyway? I feel that clickbank hopes people don't make the threshold becuase then they would never have to pay them.
CLickbank isn't like a regular 9-5 job and you can't quit in the middle of a job when you sell for clickbank. A customer simply pays for an ebook or online download through paypal or cc and then we will get a commssion for selling the product to the customer. As far as fly by not workers....it dosn't matter if it takes me 1 min, or 3 months to sell a product. I sold it and should get the commission for it.
BTW: Amazon kindle also has a similar commission system. Amazon kindle allows you to write ebooks and sell them through amazon kindle. You can offer your books for as little as .99 cents and still make commission on the sales. Amazon pays monthly regardless of how small the commissions you've earned. Amazon doesn't complain about any paperwork or tax filings that they are required to submit regardless of how much money is earned.

They require that you earn a minumum dollar amount before they will send you commission.
How much is the minimum dollar amount? Is your $45 qualified for the "minimum" they posted? Regardless when you acknowledge the minimum amount, is it written in the contract you agreed to?
If you answer 'yes' to the last question, you have no legal right to claim anything. It is a win-win situation for the company here. One is that they do not want those who quit in the middle of the job. What if someone got $.10 commission from selling their product and quit, but the person rediculeously asks for a payment? The situation is unlikely but very possible if there is no clause to cover it. So the clause is posted in their contract.
The other is to ensure that they wouldn't need to be dealing with those fly-by workers. There will be a lot of paper work to do when you pay someone. A certain amount of money must be recorded for tax purposes.
