Due to a good relationship, at the time, and false promises that a payment will come soon, in good faith, I waited. Michael Caruso said that he wanted to sell the company so I was going to be paid, but this happened in 2012. After sending multiple emails for an update, he has opted to ignore my messages. There is a contract signed between ClickFacts and I, but it looks like that it does not due anything since all has been ignored. Whether ClickFacts has been sold or gone away, the Freelancer should have been paid after working long hours. It is hard to believe that a CEO done this can manage and be trusted to run a company if his own employees are cheated on their salaries.

ClickFacts Inc and CEO Michael Caruso failed to pay a contracted freelancer for 7 months, worth over $7,000.

Multiple emails promising to pay back, up to this date. As an example below.

Jose:

I am oK thanks.

I am expecting MYSpace to pay us any day now and will make payments to you.  Thank you for your patience and dedication.  We may be able to pay these all off in Q1.  We have some potential partnerships that will create cash flow.  Feel free to call w/questions.  It confidential and I would rather not email it.

Happy Holidays.

Rather than report an issue, bring headaches, I rather let it go

Recently I posted a report about a company that I used to work for, ClickFacts.  The company did not pay me (Employee) for 7 months, but this does not mean that I get to choose what to put on these reports.

So rather than wasting time, I want to let it pass. My advise for every contracted freelancer in the US is to never allow a company let you wait for your check after one month.   They can easildy get away with it.

In other words, dont get scam. Sad but true, it happens nowadays.
