Order number 7422 - 10/19/2015
I ordered Progressives and two choices of styles came up. I chose the one I wanted but evidently it still indicates "Bifocal/Progressives" but if you chose style a it's progressive but if you choose style "B" it's the opposite.  Both styles indicate "Bifocal/Progressive"  STILL after 2 weeks waiting for a call back from the owner.  The most they would do is give 50% off the 2nd pair. The customer service person stated: "most people call to confirm they are getting what they want."   Spanish speaking - some English.  Unfortunately I do not speak Spanish.  But I was doing business with an American Company.
