We recently found out that we were victims of one on our competitors posting false reports on this website. We take a strong stance that we do not respond to these reports. This site is plagued with false reports from unverified posters that do not go through a verification process. For our actual company history, please visit the Better Business Bureau website, where we are a highly rated, accredited business with an excellent service record.

Notice that nowhere in the report does it say our company did anything wrong or against our agreement. We met our obligations by setting up the system to generate leads for the client and this "anonymous post" even says leads were generated. We are not in control of the sales process, so if this "anonymous" client couldn't convert the leads into sales, we are not to blame. We never even received a complaint like this so that coupled with the fact that this post is "anonymous" makes us think this report may be fabricated (Adam isn't even in the sales department).

Click cost is determined by Google and we use Google's traffic estimator during our presentation to show each client. We don't just make up those click costs, they are direct from Google's "adwords traffic estimator" which is a publicly available tool on their website.

We have setup and managed many many successful campaigns, have references from active clients to prove it, and even have audio testimonials on our website from actual clients. We are certified by Google. We are also a BBB accredited business and have maintained a grade of "A" and a spotless record because BBB will actually investigate the validity of complaints. Look us up on BBB, a much more reliable site than this one (which ripoffreport is known for fraudulent claims).

I will agree with one point made by this anonymous post, PPC is not meant for every business model, and our sales calculator process shows numbers from the clients own input and from Google's traffic estimator, not our own made up numbers.
