Cliff Baker of Northville, MI will rip you off. He is the most unprofessional, unqualified representative of Geico's which I've ever had to deal. I was rear ended at a red light. After driving less than 25 miles after the accident my car breaks down. It turns out that my rear differential bar cracked in two which made my vehicle inoperable. I also had damage to my bumper. After the accident was reported to Geico it took Cliff Baker approximately 36-hours to contact me. He contacted me on Thursday and reported that he wouldn't be able to see my vehicle until Monday or Tuesday. He was a no call no show on Monday. On Tuesday, myself and the repair shop owner called Cliff repeatedly and Cliff didn't return any calls or voice mails. The following day the repair shop owner called Cliff repeatedly and Cliff never returned any calls. I called Cliff on that same day at approximately 10am and Cliff's did not answer his phone again and I wasn't able to leave a voice mail because he voice mail was FULL. At that point I escalated my call to a Geico supervisor. Less that an hour after speaking with the supervisor I received a voicemail from Cliff indicating my information was lost in his system otherwise he wouldn't have come out because he wasn't aware of my claim. I called Cliff to confirm receipt of his voice mail and I reminded Cliff that I spoke with him a week earlier but he said he couldn't recall. Cliff finally made it out to the repair shop the following day and denied the claim. Wonder why? I was rear ended by a much larger vehicle. The repair shop owner and a 3rd claims adjustor not related to Geico have both assessed the damage to the rear end accident. If Cliff Baker is your claims adjustor you WILL lose.
