Clifford King from Legislative Department at Esper lawfirm Sending threatening emails saying that my wages will be garnished and I will get arrested.

I received numerous emails from someone names Clifford King saying that I owe a payday loan company that I never heard of. Saying that the money was deposited in my account and when they tried to get the payment back, they didn't. In this email he threatened to report this case to my job so that my wages will be garnished and I will also be fired from my job. He also threatened that I would be arrested. I did send a reply email the first time and he replied back immediately. Then I sent a message saying that I was forwarding all emails to the police and my lawyer. I didn't hear from him for about 2 weeks, until today when I received another email from the same person Clifford King stating the same thing and that the case will be registered in the circuit court at 3:30pm and will be executed in 5 days. We all should know that a pending lawsuit would not be delivered to our email but whats scary is that this person has my personal information and I would like to know how to protect my information.
