Scam! Beware of this service! They target Executives and usually use the word FREE to attract customers. Nothing free with them. They also claim that money back if canceled in 30 days. Well, only if you fax or "post office" mail them a cancellation note to them. Here is the catch.

If you canceled the service online before getting the fax number or request form....you are in trouble. I can't get my money.

refund

AUTHOR: Rob - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 18, 2012

What the ceo of Climber.com says that 30 day money back guarantee, is not true. I've been trying for a week to get my money back and they keep telling me I cant get one.The sales person lied to me in telling me any time during the 30 day trial I can get a full refund. After signing with them, the next day I emailed them and they didn'nt get back to me in three days. When they did get back to me they took there time in helping me. Then it got worse. After two weeks I decided to cancel, I did a better job by myself. 100% money back guarentee, is 100% false. I even went threw the correct cancelation process, only to be told again and again I cant get one. The terms that I agreed to is not even close to what they said I agreed to. Don't sign for this service, you can do better on your own.

Climber.com is not a scam

AUTHOR: Climbercom - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

Climber.com is a professional recruiter networking platform. Any information that is received, including contact information or credit card information, is inputted by the consumer of their own free will. We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee and the term of use, cancellation and refund policy are all clearly stated on the website: www.climber.com/terms_of_use.

If the cancellation and refund policy are followed correctly, a refund will be issued without question. If a consumer has a question, Climber's contact information is available at www.climber.com/contact and customer service is available by phone M-F from 8-5 PST or by email if it is outside of office hours. It doesn't matter when a user cancels, the contact information will still be available to them on the website.

I feel ripped off by climber.com

AUTHOR: feeling ripped off - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 02, 2010

I signed up for a free 30 day account to review a job search website. I reviewed the website, did not complete my profile and never logged on again. Upon my review of my Credit card account, I found that I have been charged 34.99 six times over a span of six months.

I had not received one email saying they will charge my credit card.
They want you to forget you signed up and then pile up the monthly fee's when the free trial rolls over into monthly charges.

I had not received one email as receipt that they have charged my account. I had not received ONE email at all from this company until I logged on again (had to reset my password as my account password expired without usage) and canceled my account. So, started the trial to take a look, had not even sent in a resume, and I am billed hundred's of dollars for a site that is supposed to find me a job with a resume it did not have.

Don't think that you won't be charged if you don't create a profile and resume - you will and they will not listen to anything you say except that they will not refund any money.
