Dr. Salas is the most UNETHICAl Dr. in Tijuana. I went in for Rhinoplasty, he explained something during my consultation, and he ended up mutilating half of my nose while I was under anesthesia. He left my nose without alar walls, besides not being able to recognize myself in the mirror, I have to deal with the ugly scars he left at the base of my nose and on one side of my face. He lacks surgical skills to work the tip of the nose and thats why he decides that mutilating patients allar walls to make their noses look narrower is ok.He uses photoshoped pictures on his website,

when I went in for my check up he tried to trick me with my own pictures, his assistants had already photoshoped my before and after to make them look alike, and make me think, that the mutilation was all product of my imagination. After I expresed my unhappiness with the results he started yelling at me and refused to do anymore follow up check ups. He has a big mouth to brag about his years of experience but the mediocre results he leaves his patients with show otherwise. Please stay away from this individual. I really don't know how I jumped into taking this decision to cross the border and go to Tijuana for surgery. It is the most insafest and nastiest place to go.
