CLINICAL UROLOGY ASSOCIATES HORRIBLE TREATMENT --FAILED PROCEDURES/OPERATIONS WASTED MONEY Gadsden Alabama

I went to this practice for Prostate Enlargement and was told that a prostate microwaving would help and that it worked on 90% of patients...I was NOT one of them. After that, told that I needed a TURP or Transurethral Resection of the Prostate surgery. That it would be "definitive" treatment for my condition. I had one and it made me worse, followed in 3 weeks by one that only put me back to where I had been. 3 months later a 3rd one did nothing. On the first one, proper numbing did not happen and I felt the instruments go in me and the cutting begin. Imagine the pain of that.....

From the first operation, I had major orgasmic sensation loss that I was never warned about. Of climax, I was told "IT WILL FEEL THE SAME." I have virtually no sensation now at all. After operation 3 I developed Peyronie's disease that cannot be fixed and has been horrible. I have had to have 2 other operations by others after the failed 3 at this place and am approaching 30 trips to a major city for therapy and treatment there.

My inguinal hernia was misdiagnosed and so for weeks I had horrible pain before that was corrected. The treating urologist never bothered to check me for Peyronie's ADisease, despite me having all the classic symptoms of it.

I wasted more than 2 years at this place for nothing, spent a countless amount of money and suffered for a year afterward because of lack of dirrection on where to go for other treatment. My questions for help went unanswered the 13 different times I asked them.

This practice did NOT detail all possible surgical options for prostate cancer tot two friends. They were not advised that robotic operations might be better for them because this practice did not then do the procedure. Once they started, they now sing its praises. They offered virtually no counselling for sexual problems that resulted from the operation to my friend who went 2 years looking for help he finally got in a near by large city. I think I would have been better off at a veternary office.
