I'm not sure how my information was obtained, but there was a debit to my account for the company for 23.96. I called the number 8663566905 and it was disconnected. There was a check sent to my bank electronically... Going to the bank tomorrow to report. I have a copy of the check sent to the bank but will not post it because it has my banking information on it.
