I was charged twice for a monthly service and i was charged all at once i thought it would be monthly like it says i want my money back for at least the second charge
it says it would let you download things legally and i had no probly paying like 2.49 a month but it charged me all at once and it charged me twice so i want my money back for the whole second charge and i want my money back for the 11 months
i didnt use the site i was on the site literally for an hour and thats just trying to cancel my membership they dont let you i didnt get any movies anything so basically i was charged 70 dollars for nothing i demand my money back i already sent an email to customer support it was today though so im still waiting
i would appreciate it so much if you could help me get my money back
