I ordered a book on line for "Home made power plants"  and my card was charged 7/17/09. I have not received my book. When I called the 800-390-6035, which is a collecting company/bank,they told me that I was past the "60 day guarantee". Now just how would I know to call within 60 days?I did not order from this bank. From now on when and if I see CLKBANK*COM on my card account I will  be aware of a "Ripp OFF" underway.
