Bought a digital product and was charged 6 different charges over 2 months totaling $170.00. 

The product never would download.  Rechecked our email notice from this company and tried downloading several times only to be sent in a vicious circle of entering order number and personal information then being told to check our email.  Can't get ahold of anyone to talk to about this problem.
