Started to notice a charge on my bank statement in Nov, just thought it was something i had ordered off internet and would check it out when i had more time. Then the same charge showed up again this month and i never ordered from the internet lately so i know this is wrong. Tried to call the 800 number listed and was told had to call back on weekdays to talk to a live person.
