I ordered a clock kit for a gift I was making on 2/9/2018. Sounds like the same complaint everyone has on here--they charged me right away and then sent me an email saying my order was "Awaiting Shipment." I have sent numerous emails asking for a status update, to no avail. I have called several times and left messages on their "google voice." Nothing has been returned. I have filled out a complaint on the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs to see if I can get some action on their part. This is ridiculous, and appears to be commonplace for this business. I would avoid at all costs.
