Clockkit.com Placed order November 25, 2017 for clock movements and hands. I only received the hands, on the delivery ticket they marked the clock movements were backordered would ship in 1 week. I waited over a week and have tried to contact them to see when clock movements would be shipped. I called (they use google phone) emailed and message through website. I've heard nothing!! Ordered 7 clock high torque clock movements and different size hands.  Received package a week after placing order.  I received most of the hands, 1 was missing 1 hour hand  and received no clock movements. 

On the delivery ticket it was marked that the clock movements were back ordered and would be shipped in 1 week.  I waited over a week, I sent a message through my account on their website.  I did not receive any communication.  2 days later I called, they use google phone (whatever that means) left a message.  I have sent multiple emails. 

According to my account on the website they have it as being "shipped".  It is not complete, I did not receive the back ordered clock movements.  I am building clocks for Christmas presents so I was forced to order the clock movements through another company so that I could finish the clocks in time for Christmas.  

I was under the impression that you are not to be billed until the product is shipped.  Not sure what is going on with this company but they are not a reputable company to do business with.
