Holtz, who now goes by the name of John Conrad and his wife Amanda Holtz (Kelly Raine) are back at their old scamming ways. They claim to have a lead generation company that will find business opportunities for clients. What they really do is simply take peoples money and do nothing. Their virtual office is located at 2800 Post Oak Blvd, Suite 4100, Houston, TX. They phone call from 751 San Jacinto Circle, Baytown, TX. They have no verifiable customers, a few employees and definitely no morals.They will supply you with a list of reference that one week later will be their own employees or friends!

Just read up on his other scam company which is called DemandLogix. He keeps changing the company name because eventually people catch on to his scamming ways. Beware of this goofball.
