Ordered 3 soft toilet seats 9/20/16. Never received any product. Paid in full at time of order. Website says 12 week delay and product was shipped for September orders. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. They are either out of business or have poor customer service. So either I want the product or my money back. Hope for quick resolution.

Thank you for bearing with us, during our factory move transition. We apologize for the longer than normal wait for our specialty, hand-upholstered padded toilet seat orders. These 3 Seats were delivered by UPS on 02/10/2017 and was confirmed by this customer. Tracking: 1Z098R590394435381. We are working hard at getting caught back up on hand upholstered toilet seat production in our new facility.
