Cloud Soft Seats Mfg Took my money and never saw nor heard from since... Middleurg Florida

I own a plumbing company.  One of my long standing customer requires a specially padded toilet seat due to a physical handicap.  Cloud Soft Mfg is the only company tat makes this product.  I have ordered and received before.

In September I rodered a white elongated Cloud Soft toilet set and accompanying hardware.  I was informed at the time, that due to the factory relocation the seat would be on back order for @ 8 weeks.  They said they would ship the hardware. 

I paid the entire invoice, including the seat, when I placed this order.  I received the seat hardware, but have not seen nor heard from Cloud Soft since.

I have placed numerous phone calls.  No one answeres.  I leave message and no one returns mycalls.  I have also sent several emails and no reply from Cloud Soft.

I am a hard working self-employed plumber.  My customers are my highest priority.  Not only have I been put out financially, but more importanty, my customer is out a necessary quality of life.
