they are the biggest rip off, they charge you crazy fees, they target students and the only way to pay them off is in lump sum. it took 5 yrs until i had a large tax return and could pay them off. i hated them now they have sold out to bank of america and disapeared off the face of the earth. i truly hate this company, they are evil..
