Several parts of this are factual.  We did in fact contract them to complete several grass cuts, and they did submit photos which is a requirement of foreclosure work.  There was a tremendous delay in notifying them of their non payment as it was our client who discovered the fraud on the back end.  Unfortunately, this gentleman chose to fake his work, submitting before, during and after pictures that the system time stamped, which he was unaware of.

The list below details the 4 days they performed work for us.  The first column is the property address with the house number blocked out, the second column is the amount of time spent at the property completing exterior maintenance.  It goes without saying that one cannot take photos and complete a yard maintenance order in the time frames shown.

This contractor was uninterested in any details, any discussion or any process that did not include a full payment for the documented fraudulent work.  Their complaint states the work was completed in the first 2 days of August, when in fact it was completed at the end of August and spanned 4 days.  Furthermore, no dialouge occured between us after the work was completed, and at no time were they told the check was in the mail. They will not and have not responded to any communications we have sent.  Communications ended with threats of physical violence and foul language.

Instead of communicating with us, they filed this fraudulent complaint in an attempt to embarrass us.  We have been in business since 2008 and have dealt with countless contractors across 5 states in that span and this is our first time being accused of inappropriate behavior.  We are genuinely sorry that it has come to this, and respectfully request this nonsense be removed from public viewing.
