Club Exploria Summer Bay Resorts Deceptive regarding benefits Clermont 12 Florida

I was not informed that I could only book during off season unless I purchase or borrow a crazy amount of additional points . I was also told that I could travel all over the world, only to find out that most of the sites are booked through RCN Travel Agency who charges outlandish additional fees (much higher than the average travel agency). I tried to book a Disney Cruise, which Exploria stated would only require 75 of my Exploria points. I was told by RCN that my points would only be used for a small discount.

When I called Exploria Customer Service regarding possibly getting out of the contract, I was told that the buy-out clause requires me to pay, in addition to the $6000 I had already paid for the ownership, another $2000 plus. They also advised that I could sell the membership on my own, but in my opinion if I do that, I would be just as deceptive to someone else as they were to me. In other words, it appears that I am stuck with the Club Exploria Membership and outragious life-time fees!
