Club Fit Cooper City broken machines, ongoing attempt to convince me my membership was up for renewal, manager failure to respond, harassment Cooper city Florida

 I joined Club Fit in 2013. I paid for the entire year and was forced to pay an additional $50 which was supposedly a fee to make sure all of the machines were in good condition (I would think this would be expected and included in the membership fee and the rep could not explain). 4 of the 5 elliptical machines were broken at all times. I emailed the owner and she never responded. About 10 months later I started getting stopped at the door every time I walked in being told my membership had expired and I needed to pay before I could work out. I had to deal with this every time for 2 months before they finally admitted I was right. I ended up renewing my membership another year and another extra $50 simply because there is no other gym near my home. I added 3 months of personal training since the machines were always broken and the trainer assured me that a trainer would provide the results I was looking for. After 2 weeks this trainer switched me to another trainer. This is not what i was told would happen. I asked to speak to the owner several times and was always told she was not in. I was told I would pay for the training monthly on the 1st. Two days before the end of the month on a Wednesday, I received a text from the trainer stating I could not be trained the following day unless I paid immediately. I stated that the end of the month was Friday and she stated she could not explain but I had to pay. I also reminded her that she owed me 2 training sessions and she just repeated that she was told I had to pay. I never walked into that gym again despite having paid for the entire year. They are now harassing me daily from various phone numbers stating I owe them money. This has been going on since October 2014. It is now November 2015.
