I am a young man that was trying to find a good spot to take my family and a representative from club navigo called me. I felt Blessed to have received that call because it seemed to have come at the right time. I made the

reservations around March 2009 for the weekend of April 4, 2009. Well due to losing my job, i had to cancel the reservations later but well before the 4th. I spoke with the representatives on the phone and explained to them my

situation and they stated that i would have to mail the vouchers back in and a letter as to why i want to cancel. They then stated that i would receive my refund in 14 business days. I immediately asked them why would it take so

long to refund my money and they explained, so i accepted that. Well on April 7, 2009, i called the club and they stated that they had received my information and that it was being processed. I thought that they should have received it earlier because it was mailed out before the fourth but i did not

complaine, i just expected to have my money back in my account just like i was told in 14 days. Well the 24th came 14 days after the 7th and there was no funds in my account so that is when i started making the calls in concern. I was very polite with everyone i spoke with until this day, i have yet to

verbally disrespect any of the club navigo staff but it is hard to keep your conposure when people are continuing to lie. I was told that it was being processed several more times. I was told that someone will call me back with an answer for my situation but to no avail. When i called on May 1st the young lady told me that the person who is in charge of refunds was out

sickfor five days but to check Monday and i should be in my account. Well i checked Monday and there was no money so i called on the 5th that Tuesday and talked with someone but i was placed on hold for so long that i almost hung up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and i explained my situation as to

why i wanted to speak to them. The lady took down my number and promised me that someone would cal me in regards to my issue, but after 4 hours passed by i called them back and asked why havent i received a call and they stated that the supervisor has been very busy but i will receive a call. That was around 2pm and when i took a look at the clok again it was 10pm and no one had called me. I called them on the 6th of May 2009 and they stated

that they just processed my information and that it should be about 14 days before i receive my money. This is crazy and does not have to be, if people just be honest with the consumer. I am not trying to bash this club so that others dont want to try them out but i do want the club to know that i am

not pleased with your performance and that it should not have to take a man telling you his crisis in order for you to give them their own money back. You all were very prompt with taking it out of my account but your dragging your foot at putting it back in. Please do not tell people one thing and do something else because if it was you and your family you would perhaps be a

little upset as well. To this day i have not received my money and it have been over a month. This is the marketing and tour department that set you up with a tour and stay for around 200 bucks. I did not use any of the staff

names because sometimes people can follow through with your request and pass the ball, but when the receiver catches it they fumble it before crossing the goal line. Club Navigo, your brand is important but actions like this will cause your brand to be ruined. Thanks and may God Bless your establishment.
