I recieved a call from Club Par Excellance on Friday December, 12, indicating that i have won one of six prizes and that i was to come down to the office in Mississauga, to claim my prize. When i arrived i was offered a business package to join the company for 10,000 and in return i would recieve several deals in the future for items of every thing known to man. Tvs, food coupons, furniture, and most imporatant vacations all over the world. Now i'm not very well off money wise, i just simply went down there to pick up what i thought was a prize that i won. I did not become a member, of this company and when i left i was given a certificate indicating. 8 night Mexico getaway for me.

Now all the certificate says is that if i fill this certifcate out and send a check for $35 to the address indicated on the certificate in return i recieve reservation form offering me and a guest 5days and 4 nights hotel accomadationsin Cancun, Mexico, and 5 days 4 nights hotel accomadations in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Now all this form does is allow me to book reservations for accomodations. And then it states that there will be another cost of $20 pernight for hotel room. the certificate does not indicate anything about tickets for airfare or tickets to Mexico. So what is it i have one.
