Club Penquin (aka Disney) charges my credit card every month, even if my daughter no longer plays on it. I emailed them, called them, they will NOT stop the charges on my credit card unless I know my daughter's password. My daughter (12) doesn't remember her password, so they will NOT stop charging me. I called the credit card company, they say I can stop the charges "only if I cancel my current card and order a new one." What has this world come to? Is this the way Disney does business around the world? How do I stop these people from doing this to others?
