Offered discount rate for annual subscription...then while entering personal billing information recieved pop up at regular rate... Ignored, and recieved email with reg rate instead of discount rate.. cancelled....then recieved discount offer again...so completed. previous info still on screen including bank card number...was correctly billed discount rate...on 2/29/2008 then was also billed on 3/14/208 regular unauthorized full rate by same company "online games POONLINE gam www EA COM " email them at customer service recieve standard computor notices claiming they have not offered a discount rate...The discount rate offer is currently on the AOL main webb site!!!

Have called the number on their site corporate security vp Steve Bene at 650 628-1500 and left messages. No response...Will probably have to cancel my bank account to prevent further unauthorized charges...will also report them to their local better bussiness burea in Redwood city,ca. Have advisd them twice think they have duplicate accounts for me,with same login and email address, they know that..but will not correct for me or refund me the duplicate billing at full price. Went to their chat room and notified other subscribers. One person responded also had double billing???Probably many others.
