Club Resorts Interval Inc. After signed the credit card they wrote non refundable on credit receipt. Manchester, New Hampshire

We bought this CRI vacation at a presentation in Branson, Mo. on June 14, 2001 which included a two nights stay at the Ramada Inn.  The main selling points were the $99.00 hotweek getaways which they had only one.  There were no $99.00 week getaways we found out later.  We paid for it with a credit card.  It was $5495.00.  After we had signed the credit he added to the receipt non refundable.  Later that day we found that one had purchased the same plan for $2500.00. 

That was when we started to think it might have been a rip off and when we got home we phoned the company and were told that it was non refundable and to try to sell it on our own. We have been paying $99.00 a year membership fee and we haven't found no place that we could use it.  We paid a Real Estate dealer in Branson $200.00 to try to sell it and they tried several years with no luck.  It was Huge Rip Off and don't know how we got taken like that.
