Club Sunset or Sunset World I received a phonecall that i have been selected to go for a trip in cancun mexico with accommodations. They are really good at their words. After several phonecalls, i agreed to go. When i was in cancun mexico, i did not know that there will be a long hour talk to buy a time share or vacation package. I did not say yes. But they woul not let you go in the said room unless you say yes to the agreement. They wanted to get my credit card at once to get my down payment. The rest os history. I maxed out my credit card. They don't want to cancel my membership even if i wrote them and pleaded.  Cancun, Q.Roo Mexico

 I received a call from an agent tellig me i was selected to travel in Mexico. They called everyday and told me about my free accommodations. When i finally said yes to them,they informed me about fees to be paid etc. I said yes because i was thinking not to have any problem when i get to cancun mexico. Finally the nightmare started. They asked me to attend a seminar or a talk. There was an agent who is assigned to me. They asked us first to have lunch and then we were brought to this room full of agents. They started telling about vacation packages and timeshares. Even if i said no to all the sweet promises they are telling me they did not let me go. They were really good at words. up until they showed me a deak that suits my budget. After the long hours of being enclosed in a room full of agents telling me things i said yes. Automatically they asked for my credit card. I said i don't have money for the down payment. They asked me to sign a paper that i can pay for it installment. But they got 2 of my credit cards. They asked me to sign all the paperworks. When i was back home, i was still on vacation mode because they the sunset group arranged a tour for me for buying their timeshare. It was good. But after a week of reflecting i was awakened by the fact that i said yes to a company where i did not know if ot was legit and that they got money from my credit cards. I called them if i can cancel and then they said no i can not because i am way passed my grace period. They still talked to me telling me stuff just to continue my time share. Iam seeing my credit bills going high.

After a year. I wrote them a letter stating that i want to cancel my timeshare because of financial difficulty. And still the answer is no. Representatives call my phone day and night. Until i agreed again to another agreement for a lesser payment. And now my credit card is over the limit. When a representative calls he or she is very good at words to use. Ib the agreement i don't understand why they kept on declining my plea to cancel my timeshare. They are telling me that i owe them money. But actually they are the ones who ripped off money from me and up until now i am in a bad state to pay my credit card bills. Please don't be fooled. I was in a bait of good words to buy such timeshare. But please don't engage into something that you don't have any knowledge or unsure of what is going to happen. Hard earned money was lost on my part. They have gotten all my savings and all. I am in the loosing end right now. So whoever reads this, please be careful. Learn from my mistake. Take good care of your money. Spend it wisely and not spend it with timeshare that you don't have any future using it.
