I have been going to Club Tan for a few years now and I am continually having a problem with them pulling money that is not authorized to pull out of my account.  It just happened this morning after I authorized a $50.63 pull they pulled that and a $189.50 pull.  I have emails proving that they told me that I did not owe any $189.50 and I have called their corporate office and left a message telling them to reverse the charges.  I am extremely pissed off and upset because this is not the first time that this has happened to me.  After I am completely paid off i will never be returning to their salon again and I hope that they get shut down.  It is outrageous how many stupid people that they have working there!

Know what you are signing up for

I find this hard to believe; we are only charged what we have signed up for!  You have to sign payment agreement contracts that show what your payments are each month, so to be surprised by a charge to your account is your fault!  However, if the payment is past due and then charged out of no where one day, then it is because it was owed way back when and they couldnt pull it before.

In the end, we are all adults and should know what we are signing up for and keep track of your finances!  If you just pay a little more attention and know what your supposed to pay each month and do this, then there arent any unexpected charges!  Me and my whole family have been going here for years and any payment mistakes have always been ours to rectify, not theirs....

kind of sketchy

Wow, I really hope this won't happen to me. I happened upon this site after I had my fill of a certain Adrienne that works at the Beaverton location. She is constantly rude and then more rude after you call her on her lies. She tries to avoid customer appointments by giving you the "I'll call you back," which she doesn't do! This has happened two times in a row. I don't feel as comfortable driving all the way to Beaverton for this anymore. I was just told that I shouldn't have been getting a microderm followed by a matrix laser treatment because it may do harm, yet that is what the team at the Beaverton location scheduled the last three times.
