I know several people who have had bad experiences with Club Z Tutors. In fact, they have a terrible reputation in this area.
I was looking for a tutor in an internet site (not affiliated with Club Z) for my son. I contacted a tutor who said she was certified. We would never use a tutor who was not STATE certified in teaching (we don't care about some phony COMPANY certification some tutoring services give).
The tutor we contacted responded back and was a Club Z employee. She (Jelanna Hernandez) gave us a sales pitch for Club Z. It was obvious this is some type of sales ploy they use. I again asked her if she was state certified. She said she was National Certified. We just did not buy it. I have an aunt who is a teacher and she told me to contact the National Board.
Jelanna Hernandez is neither state certified or national certified. She is lying about her credentials. That is a big problem I contacted Club Z and they have not responded back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This person was a tutor for Club Z! but was dismissed for misconduct and suspicion of unethical activities. It is important that anyone that comes into contact with this person not hire her as a tutor. She does not work with Club Z! and is not eligible to be employed by the organization. If a call was made to our office, the message never got to the correct person.
