Purchased 3 items in September. I ordered them from the U.S. but had them sent to the U.K. Never received by November. Had multiple contacts to the company and they said that the U.K. was having a postal strike. When I returned to U.K. over Christmas, I realised the items had still not shown up. So on the 1st of January we were in contact again. She promised to send out a new set and trace the old set saying it was lost in the mail. It is now the 4th of Feb and I still have not received. Come to find out, after e-mailing 3 times and finally getting a response after a week, she sent to the U.S. address after reading my invoice wrong. The shipping address states clearly to sent to a U.K. London address. I still have not received and they won't give me a tracking number and have completely blown me off like it is no big deal. She clearly states in an e-mail to me that she has read the invoice wrong but it was sent out. Well it was sent to the wrong address. Paypal won't issue me a refund because it is over 45 days. I think they stalled on purpose to rip me off.
