This company breaks every Fair Credit Collecting act in the book. They call before 7:00 am and after 9:00 P.M. They notify your neighbors and family of your debt, telling them what type of debt you have, and ask them to leave messages for you. They threaten you, and tell you that you will go to JAIL if you don't pay your debt, and they say you are a criminal. They have "F" BBB Rating, I have yet to find a legitimate corporate address, and nobody will give you their names when you call! It appears that all of their collection calls are made from a cell phone. Very unprofessional. Take all correspondence from these people to your attorney. They even admit to me in writing that they will continue to contact me, my friends, and neighbors, after an attorney tells them not to. Don't take them serious, and only pay them with the money your attorney wins for you. They need to be out of business.
