Michael Berger is a scam artist ripping innocent people off in the Victoria and surrounding areas. Do not hire this man for anything as you will be sorry. He asks for money up front and if you give it to him he will not show up to do the agreed upon service. He will text you telling you he is on his way but does not show up and when contacted he has more excuses than Carter has pills. If he does show up, he is asking for more money stating he needs to pay his workers or needs to put diesel in the dozer. Since he hasn't shown up in over a week I am running him off - taking the hit with a lesson learned - and hiring another company to do the job. Again, whatever you decide, do not hire this man for anything.
