CMG Group, OSO Marketing Placed an auto pay to my checking account without my knowledge. Bay City Internet

I received notice from my bank that I was over drawn. After notifying the bank that there must be a mistake, it was found that an unknown company named CMG Group also known as OSO Marketing, placed an auto pay to my checking account. I have no knowledge of this company and have tried to contact them by telephone. When you call the number listed through the bank, it gives you the run around. It tells you to call OSO Marketing, but when you call that number it gives you another number to Checks Paid Fast. When you call Checks Paid Fast, you get to actually speak to a person, but then inform you that they have nothing to do with either CMG Group or OSO Marketing. They have taken $1,260.00 from my account, and have caused me to over draft several times. With over draft fees, total comes to near $1,500.00. The bank has just now stopped payment on future withdrawls from CMG Group and is only partially refunding me the amounts taken. I with an attorney would go after them for all the stress and anquish they have caused. I am sure there are several people taken by this fake company.
