This place is a scam. They sell you plugins that don't work. There customer service is very poor. It's obvious that all of the testimonials listed on their website are fake. There is no real place to go to leave comments about them and the scams they do, other than posting an article about them on these kind of websites.
They state on their website that they provide refunds with 7 days which is not true. I purchased a plugin that didn't work. They made attempts to fix the issues. I then demanded a refund immediately. They then took several days to respond and when they did respond, this was their message.

Because you did not cooperate with our team to resolve any problem of the product, so we can not proceed your refund request.
We recommend customers to work with us rather than issuing a refund without any help/support provided.

This is the first email I sent requesting a refund. They still have not refunded my purchase. I made the purchase via CC, not PayPal. I'm forced to contact Visa to have them retrieve the funds for me.

This module never worked properly from the start. After reviewing progress and comments made stating that the plugin is fixed and then testing out the results on my end, I found many errors that we're ignored or not tested by your development team. I'm concerned that there will be further errors in the future and can not afford to take any risks of such. The screen shots and discription of this module was never delivered as it was advertised. This module is faulty and is a representation of false advertisement.
I would request a full refund. I appreciate your attempts to try to correct this module, but this module should have been fully tested before it was released. I expect a full refund and not a refund of only 50%. I should not pay for work done while this work should have been completed before this module was even released.
You have access to my server. You can delete the files and disable my ability to download this plugin.

Hello
The customer bought Magento Multi Vendor extension on cmsmart.net. He opened a ticket as well as wrote emails to complain that the extension does not work.
Our team was checking the situation of his site but he disabled all accounts and our team could do nothing more. I already told him that if our team could not resolve the problem, I would issue him a refund. But, he didn't give us a tiny chance.
It's normal that we could not issue a refund if our team hadn't given their efforts to fix bug that customer reported about the product. This is not a private issue, it's an issue of the company and the customer and we must follow the rules to make things fair.
This report is very rude to our company as we can resolve his refund request via Paypal if he wants his money back so badly. However, he has done nothing with Paypal, too.
It's a sole rude statement that affects our company's trademark from a point of view of only one customer.
Please remove this file report. Until there are more customers who report cmsmart's bad fame in your center, you'll be even more welcome to consider my rebuttal again.
