Okay, so everyone goes for a first interview. They say they are gonna "choose a select few" yet they're desperate so everyone comes back for a second interview. This is where they put everyone in a room and tell them about a management program scheme where you can become a millionaire in 6-8months. How you can be your own boss and manage other offices. They tell you it's direct sales but you'll make a lot. Then you fill out a quiz and have a third interview. Here they tell you about the hours and that you get a base pay and not just sales. 1) Everyone's 100% commission. So don’t listen when they say this is how you get paid. 2) You are on the street going door to door to people’s house. 3) They tell you that you will work from 8:30am to 5:30pm. You actually work from 7:30am to 7:30pm. So be prepared! It's a waste a time. You go on the street harassing people just to make the manager money. Good luck to the people working with Corona because you guys won't get "promoted to management" as they say in the second interview. You just become sales people in her office. And if you are in the office, there are people that have been in the street doing sales from 1yr-3yr. There are people that have been there so long that they are now doing other jobs in the around the office because they never made it to management. Ask around. I wish I’d seen one of these when I started. Would’ve saved me so much time.
