C.N. BROWN BIG APPLE bought $35 in gas parked went into store then went to sams got a threatening letter on my window next time i'll be towed big ripoff Lewiston Maine

On May 5 in the afternoon, My father bought $35 in gas at the big apple, went inside for a pepsi, then went next door to pick up my mother a sandwich ALREADY ORDERED. He was parked a total of 4 minutes. He got into his car, and there was a note on his windshield that said if he parked there again, he'd be towed. Between him and my mother, and I, we spend over $200 a week in gas there, and buy our heating oil thru them. I can guarantee you that, neither my family, nor i, and at least seven households that I know of WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE CN BROWN OR THEIR HEATING OIL AGAIN, due to this stupid bullsh*t.

That is the thanx that I get for all the money I spend with them?

Since the new manager has taken over, Lorraine, the place has gone DOWNHILL and FAST. She is EXTREMELY RUDE always has been, and so is her night help (i'll never know why debby has been there so long, she is the most condescending person I ever dealt with, when she's there, I go elsewhere). I have spoken to two former employees that have told me that they were forced to work for free SLAVERY, and forced to pay for drive offs.

Something needs to be done about this.
Hopefully, with the loss of many heating oil customers next winter, if I have to pay for people to switch I can and believe me I can afford it, just to hurt CNBrown, they will learn how to appreciate customers and not put threatening notes on people's cars again. The hardest thing to believe is that note was put on while HE WAS IN THE STORE, WE CAN COME UP WITH PROOF, AS LISA AT TD BANKNORTH IS A CLOSE PART OF THE FAMILY SHE'S WILLING TO SHOW ON HER CAMERAS HOW THE PARKING WAS LEGAL; AND WAS AT THE MOST, 3 MINUTES 53 SECONDS.

So, CNBrown, what do you got to say now that we can very easily come up with the proof?

You used to have the nicest employees. Jerry, Paul, Derrick, Diana, Frank, if you treated them right, I haven't a doubt in my mind thatthey'd probably still be there, as these were people who really loved their jobs to a passion.

The fact that you forced a girlfriend of mine to work off the clock bothers me the most, and I will have that investigated with slavery, Yes, I do believe it, cause you did the exact same thing to me.

People of your ilk do not belong in business.

Be prepared, Ginger, a HUGE surprise, including a few lawsuits is coming your way. Threatening to tow my dad's
legally parked car was the straw that broke the camel's back. I've kept my mouth shut till now, but I'm not gonna keep my mouth shut for no one no more. I know what you did to that girl cause you did it to me. I'd work 6 12 hour days a week and get paid for 3 8 hour days. i was forced to do this too. I have more money than i'll ever know what to do with, i think you know this, so i will not let up till you're gone. Nothing you could do for me, nothing can keep me shut up.
And you know what Jinger? After all I did for you, all the free work the least you can do is not complain when either I or a family member park there.

I hope you think it was worth it losing all the big apple and heating oil customers. Anything I can do to lose heating oil customers for you, I will. You started it, and I'm gonna finish it.
